Diploma in Crisis Counselling

The Diploma in Crisis Counselling course has been designed for students wanting to study crisis counselling from a clinical and pastoral perspective.

The course is appropriate not only for students who are counselling within communities of faith, but also for those seeking to incorporate a person-centred style within general counselling situations.

The course uses the Clinical and Pastoral model, and it identifies practical skills and responses for many crisis counselling situations.

On completion of this course students may re-enrol and complete two further modules to gain the Diploma in Counselling.

Module One • 10 lessons: see Certificate in Counselling
Module Two • 10 lessons: see Crisis Counselling

20 lessons: + 2 Video CD-ROMs; + 1 Audio CD-ROM; + 10 tutor marked assignments.
